How this works
Everything the check does, in plain terms — including the parts that are judgement rather than science.
The short version
You say where your time goes and answer questions about things that have already happened. Those answers produce six readings, grouped into three forces — Pressure (what is coming at you), Anchor (what holds you in place) and Lift (what moves you). The combination of the three is the reading; the score is just where that combination sits on a scale.
This is not a validated instrument
The scoring is a considered set of rules written by one person. It has not been validated against outcomes, it has no established accuracy, and it has not been tested for reliability. Treat it as a structured way to think, not as a measurement.
A high score is not safety and a low score is not danger. High exposure means AI can reach the work — it does not mean the work goes away, and it says nothing about your job, your employer or your performance.
Please do not use it to assess, rank, screen or judge anyone else.
What a task weight means
A task weight is the share of that task, as typically performed in Indian IT work today, that a competent professional using widely available AI tools could hand over and verify in less time than doing the work themselves. “Typically performed” means the median instance, not the hardest one. “And verify” is why no weight reaches 1.0 — output you must check line by line has not been handed over.

Roles adjust some of these — code is weighted lower for developers than the base, relationship work higher for support. Weights are versioned; this page shows version 1.0.
What happens to your answers
Your answers stay in your browser, in session storage, and are gone when you close the tab. There is no account, no email, no database, no analytics, and no record of your result. Nothing is written to a server.
If you leave the AI option ticked, an anonymous summary — numbers and choices only, with no name, employer or free text, because the check contains no free-text field at all — is sent to a language model to write the closing section, and is not stored by this tool. That summary does pass through a third party, so if you would rather it did not, untick the box on the first screen and you still get your full score and reading.
Not connected to CIBIL
This tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TransUnion CIBIL Limited or any credit bureau. It does not use, access or produce credit information of any kind. “CIBIL” appears only as a familiar analogy for the idea of a score, and the 300–900 range is borrowed for the same reason.
